As patentee of a three-dimension carving machine invention, after finding the infringing products in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, Mr. Wu authorized Gao Zhibo from Intelightip IP law (Beijing) office to protect his patent and to start judicial proceedings in April 2012.

After the case having gone through the preservation of evidence, many hearings, two additional defendants and repeated infringing comparison, Nantong City Intermediate People's Court held the first instance on the case in March 2013, and judged that the third defendant (the manufacturer) to stop immediately the manufacture, sale, offering for sale products infringing the plaintiff's patent for invention from the effective date, and to compensate the plaintiff  for the economic loss of 200,000 yuan as well as to pay 10,055 yuan for court costs, evidence preservation fee.

At present, the case has gone into the appellate procedure, and Jiangsu Province High People's Court will hear the case soon.
